RINGO
Overlay setup

Add the overlay once.Every round runs itself.

The Ringo overlay lives in OBS as a single Browser Source. Paste your link in once and it reacts on its own to every !ringo command in your chat — the pot fills, the tension climbs, the verdict lands. Nothing to reconfigure between rounds.

Browser Source · 3 sizes · 6 languages

01Setup

One link, four steps.

Do this once per channel. After that, every prediction you open plays out on the overlay with no extra setup.

Get your overlay link

Channel activation isn't a self-serve toggle yet — the Ringo team turns your channel on and that step generates your overlay token. Reach out with your Kick channel and you'll get back a unique link built from your channel and that token.

Add it as a Browser Source

In OBS: Sources → + → Browser Source, then paste your link in. No login and no plugin — it's a normal web page that connects itself the moment OBS loads it.

Size and place it

Choose XL, MD or XS for how it looks (see below), and give the Browser Source a width to match where you're putting it. The overlay fills whatever box you give it.

Fire a prediction to test it

Run something like !ringo create "your call" 100 in your own chat. The overlay flips from idle to PREDICTION OPEN the instant the command lands — that confirms your Browser Source is live.

02Formats

One overlay, three sizes.

Every size runs the exact same round. Pick the one that fits where you put it in your layout.

XL — Wide dock
A full-width hype banner under your cam, with every challenger on screen as the pot fills. Built for big moments.
MD — Standard panel
A tidy side panel with the live pot, the challenger wall and the join prompt. The daily driver.
XS — Compact ticker
A quiet corner ticker that tracks the pot without touching the gameplay. For when you want to stay subtle.
03Languages

Same overlay, six languages.

The overlay's own text follows your viewers. What the streamer actually claims never changes.

en · es · pt-BR · fr · de · tr
Six languages, English by default. Chosen through your overlay link, so the whole board matches your stream from the first frame.
Regional tags fall back cleanly
A more specific tag resolves to its base language automatically — es-AR reads as es, and pt maps to pt-BR.
The claim stays exactly as typed
Only the overlay's own labels and prompts translate. The prediction you write in !ringo create shows up on screen exactly as you typed it, in every language.
04If something's off

Fix it without a restart.

The overlay is driven entirely by chat commands — most fixes are one line, not a reload.

Overlay looks frozen or out of sync
Run !ringo status in your chat. It always re-sends the current state to the overlay, on top of replying with a status line — anyone in chat can trigger it.
Overlay is showing a round that already ended
Run !ringo clear to reset it to idle. Streamer or mod only.
Overlay disappeared and you didn't touch OBS
Check for !ringo hide — it pulls the overlay off screen without touching the round underneath. !ringo show brings it straight back.
Browser Source looks stuck or disconnected
Give it a moment — the overlay reconnects on its own and falls back to short polling while a round is active, so a dropped connection recovers without you touching the source.
